With Energy & Chakra Healing, we start Scanning & working with the Chakras, Meridian lines, & the entire energy body where we hold stuck emotions & traumas. We Balance chakras & clear energy blockages to optimize your energy & overall health. I use my heart consciousness energy, intuition & sensitivities to various energies to help bring a great healing experience to you. I offer both hands on & hands off healing with the use of relaxation & visualization techniques. I also offer to use Chakra Tuning Forks, these vibrate at what healthy chakras resonate at, and can induce great healing and Reset the chakras to a healthy level of vibration and is a unique experience in itself where you can tangibly feel the sound aiding in your healing! Noticing the subtleties of the energy body & its maintenance is a vital part of living a healthy, productive life where you can be your best self. I will show you what I am doing during each session & help you to understand how the different parts of our energy body/system work & why the work is effective. Integrated Healing uses a compassionate mix of different modalities of Eastern & Western holistic medicine, Creative Energy Cultivation, Breathing Techniques, Somatic Insight, Relational Healing, Intuitive Body Work & variations of Energy Work Because we want to facilitate true healing, it is vital we work on emotions, traumas, life experiences & challenges. Even though we may have talked through issues or experiences we have had, it doesn't mean these have cleared through the energy, emotional and physical bodies. We can utilize various energy & emotion balancing exercises, visualization, mindfulness, & many other techniques to find what will work for you. We will work on opening your own heart consciousness which brings incredible new experiences, more fun & fulfillment into life. All work is available in person and I provide remote services as well.
