With Integrated Creative Healing, we are working with Chakras, Meridian lines, Energy Points, Fascia & the entire body to release emotions, traumas, & facilitate healing of Physical, Emotional, Mental, Energetic & Spiritual problems. Noticing the subtleties of the energy body & its maintenance is a vital part of living a healthy, productive life where you can be your best self. I can also help you to understand how the different parts of our energy body/system work & why the work is effective. Integrated Healing uses a compassionate mix of different modalities of Eastern & Western holistic medicine, Creative Energy Cultivation, Breathing Techniques, Somatic Insight, Relational Healing, Intuitive Body Work & variations of Energy Work Because we want to facilitate true healing, it is vital we work on emotions, traumas, life experiences & challenges. Even though we may have talked through issues or experiences we have had, it doesn't mean these have cleared through the energy, emotional and physical bodies. We can utilize various energy & emotion balancing exercises, visualization, mindfulness, Bodywork & more, to fit what will work for you. Benefits include optimizing overall health, promoting healthy genetic expression, cultivating more life energy, relaxation & fulfillment. Also, ease anxiety, stress, depression, apathy etc, while bringing more joy, love, understanding and peace in your life! All work is available in person and I provide online services as well. In addition to private individual sessions, I also do private small group healing sessions, so please inquire if you are interested.
